gladly accept any offering in support of our efforts from you and ask
that you consider the following levels of sponsorship:
Level 1 $200+
●Recognized
as a “GOLD Major Sponsor” on the Event Banner.
●Receive a sincere note of “Thanks” signed by the organizing
committee.
●Your company promotional items/coupons/flyers placed in our
Goody Bags.
●Will also receive a space/area by the Registration/Information
table to advertise your business (pamphlets, flyers, coupons,
freebies,
etc.)
●Receive 2 free event apparel items and 1 free Registration for the race.
Level
2 $100
●Your
name/business name on the Event Banner as a “SILVER Sponsor”.
●Receive a sincere note of “Thanks” signed by the organizing
committee.
●Your company promotional items/coupons/flyers placed in our
Goody Bags.
●Will receive a space on table at our post-race celebration to
advertise your business.
●Will receive 1 free Registration for the race.
Level
3 $50
●Your
name/business name on the Event Banner as a “BRONZE Sponsor”.
●Receive a sincere not of “Thanks” signed by the organizing
committee.
●Your company promotional items/coupons/flyers placed in our
Goody Bags.
Level
4 $25
●Receive
a sincere note of “Thanks” signed by the organizing committee.
●Your company promotional items/coupons/flyers placed in our
Goody Bags.
If
you or your company would like to make an in-kind donation, the above
terms would apply as long as the items or services are valued
according to the above criteria, subject to review by the Race
Director. We understand that not every business has the resources to
sponsor this event financially, but may have the desire to
participate. We would also like to pass out race registration forms
and we invite you to sign up and run with us on Race
Day!
Your
generous offerings can be donated with a check
made payable to: Tioga County Honor Guard.
We appreciate your support for
our women and men who have served our country in the United States
Armed Forces, and for allowing the Tioga County Honor Guard to
continue the Honors and services to our local Veterans.
